LAS GRINGAS opened its doors in 2017 with the mission of making pizzas inspired by Peruvian inputs, which we make in our artisanal wood-fired oven.
We use quinoa, cañihuaco, linseed and purple corn flour in our doughs. Our pizzas make you FEEL GOOD since in addition to Andean super foods we use fresh vegetables, sprouts, fruit, local and seasonal products.
Our dough is thin and crispy since it is kneaded fresh every day to obtain that texture. We use organic ingredients that we buy from Arequipa farmers. We are constantly looking for new ways to create pizzas that are different.
We also offer Gluten Free pizzas and pastas, vegan, salads and a wide selection of Peruvian and imported craft beers as well as local craft Gins.
Peruvian gastronomy is very dynamic.
You may not think about eating a quinoa pizza, but why not? we are in Peru.
I mean- We are not an orthodox pizza. We think that trying to make a Naples-style pizza in Peru makes less sense than trying to make a pizza with Peruvian inputs.
In our stores we allow people to disconnect for a moment and meet again with the things we believe in, which are the most important. In our case, around a good pizza.
